Flow control for boiler combustion oil - Control valve [FCV series]
A valve that maintains a constant flow rate even when pressure fluctuations occur.
If the valve installed in the piping is kept at a constant opening, the flow rate of the fluid will remain constant; however, if the pressure on the primary side (upstream pressure) or the secondary side (downstream pressure) changes, the flow rate will also change. A flow control valve is a self-operated flow control valve that does not have a power source. The differential pressure before and after the variable orifice, caused by the flow of the fluid (the pressure difference between the primary and secondary sides), acts on a piston or diaphragm and is designed to balance with a set spring. The piston or diaphragm is connected to an internal valve, and it automatically adjusts the valve opening to ensure that the differential pressure before and after the variable orifice is equal to the set pressure, thereby maintaining a constant flow rate. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
